To accommodate the owner’s request to build the facility quickly, Skanska has created a complex construction sequence. On board in the early stages of design, Skanska offered considerable preconstruction and constructability services as the project took shape. The Snoqualmie Casino project consists of: 55 acres of green field site development, construction of a new six-level, 300,000 sf cast-in-place concrete parking structure which will provide parking for 990 cars and a full-gaming, 185,000 sf casino.
